Online Web-Based Training

Online Training allows you to navigate your demanding personnel schedules and remote user requirements while keeping costs to a minimum. It can also be used as part of a blended learning solution to supplement an instructor-led program, providing a prerequisite or refresher to topics covered in class.

What makes CFC-Solar’s online training unique is the way we deliver it. Our highly interactive self-paced training courses are delivered online through ToolBox™, an exceptionally flexible and highly interactive Learning Management Software. ToolBox™ enables companies to assess, train and track all employee online activity.

Standard Online Content
Individuals or organizations can sign up for access to more than 60 hours of online content in the following subjects:

• Industrial electrical
• Mobile hydraulics
• Mobile electrical
• Pneumatics
• Mechanical
• Motor controls (coming soon)
• PLC’s (coming soon)

Each online course has a manual (content that you can print) and consists of narrations, animations, 3D models and animated schematics that allow users to learn at their own pace or review topics covered in our instructor-led courses. (See details for the content of each course). The subject matter is the same content available on our training CD’s.

Assessment
Prior to taking a standard course, individuals can be assessed online using standard (or custom) multiple-choice assessments. These assessments are part of CFC-Solar’s Roadmap to Success method of training, ensuring that individuals are taking the right level of course instruction. Tracking
Whether you are training a few individuals using our standard courses or assessing a large number of your organizations employees, you can have the ability to track all employee activity online. Assessment scores and time spent on a course are just a few of the activities you can monitor.
