Interactive Schematics and 3-D Modeling
Technology is constantly improving the industrial processes used throughout industry; the same can be said of the training and consulting aspects. Two state-of-the-art technologies used in our training courses are available outside of training to enhance your industrial maintenance programs. These two technologies are our interactive schematics and 3-D modeling capabilities.
Interactive Schematics
From the schematic to the actual machine, our unique process of attaching information to your schematic in a digital format provides instant access to critical resources in the most user-friendly and timely manner. Our unique patented process will save you hours of troubleshooting time.
By simply rolling over and clicking on the schematics components, you will see the following information:
- Actual photo of component
- Replacement part number
- Component description
- Electrical/PLC addressing
- Safety tips
- Component description
- Training animation of component

In addition to this information, the complete sequence of operation is documented with flow and valve position. This process has dramatically decreased downtime and increased machine knowledge to hundreds of satisfied customers.
Animated 3-D modeling
In the industrial world, good visuals combined with hands-on learning are key to comprehending and perfecting maintenance practices and procedures. In our training courses we combine the two, which is one of the reasons customers say our training is outstanding. Some of the visuals we use are animated 3-D models of components that simulate operation as well as illustrate assembly and disassembly.
Using the same process employed to develop our 3-D training models, CFC-Solar can create a model of specific industrial components and systems your company uses. One specific example is our animated 3-D model of a double-bucket utility truck. This model visually illustrates the processes that control the movements of the truck; overall, it does a fantastic job of showing maintenance personnel how the hydraulics work. This 3-D model is used in our mobile hydraulics courses when dealing with utility companies.
Maintenance personnel can use 3-D models as reference material before service begins on the machines; additionally, they can be used to educate new employees on how the components function. The images below illustrate the quality and detail of our 3-D modeling. For a live demo of these and other models contact us.
